How to Play the Game
Who's Got the Cards? is a fast game of political maneuvering for 2-5 players.
The rules of the game are fairly simple.
To win the game a player must obtain 5 Gold Cards and declare victory.
Sounds easy enough.
Enter Distraction and Action Cards to mix it up a bit.
Action Cards bring a lot of fun and laughter to the game by not only allowing players to create a strategy to win, but also foil their opponents plans.
Distraction Cards are used to hide and also pick up hidden cards. They can also be used as a discard when a player doesn't have an
action card that they wish to play.
